Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bootstrap desktop application or website at tldr.is, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Bootstrap.

Description of Service

Bootstrap is a desktop application that automates image file renaming, optimization, and metadata generation using AI. Access to the service requires an active account and is subject to the plan limits associated with your subscription.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or use the service for unauthorized bulk resale.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into Bootstrap SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages from Bootstrap LLC at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include product updates, download links, and support communications.

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@tldr.is.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

Bootstrap and its underlying technology are owned by Bootstrap LLC. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application without permission. Images you process remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bootstrap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI-generated output will meet every use case requirement. Use of the service is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bootstrap LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bootstrap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
